I started my journey for losing weight, oh I mean Fat Mountain on
my body through Cashew nuts. I know it’s expensive as the word "cash"
in Cashew show itself as well as packed with lots of calories, but the good
news is, they are healthy and can speed up to help you in your weight loss
program.
I avoided most of the nuts throughout my life, thought they are
high in calories and if Cashew can help me in something that is only to gain
more weight. I just started by the way at the time when I was craving to eat
something, anything, I was like, give me something to eat, and I didn't find

Cashew, and why not I lose my weight. It was obvious on my way to lose it.
It was a secret that I found and the first thing that I did, is to

of about 10 Cashew a day would be approximately 100 calories, can take longer

bodies. Cashews are then again a good source of Copper too, and Copper helps

and hair pigment called Melanin. Then again, it has a lot of protein and fibre which also helps to feel full for a long time.
Not only that, the thing I liked most is the presence of
